1st day
Arrival in Naples, meet with the driver and
transfer to the hotel. Accommodation in a 4* hotel
in the city center (f.e. Palazzo Caracciolo MG
gallery ****). Enjoy some free time this
afternoon, have a famous “sfogliatella” or “pizza
fried”, or maybe do some shopping! Overnight
stay.
2nd day
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Pompeii for
the guided visit. In 79 A.D. the city was completely
buried by the eruption of the Vesuvius volcano,
stopping time. Today it is still possible to walk
among the Roman domus, the shops and the
skilfully built streets, giving an immersive
experience and the feeling of living for a few hours
in that distant era.
The excavations began at the behest of Charles III
of Bourbon and are considered one of the best
testimonies of Roman life. Many of the finds, such
as furnishings, frescoes, mosaics, and statues, can
be found in the National Archaeological Museum
of Naples.
Transfer to a local winery for an enogastronomic
experience. Get ready for a tasty journey of
discovery through the scents, flavours, and colors
of Mount Vesuvius. Wine tasting of three locals
wines and lunch 3 course menu.
In the afternoon transfer to Naples, walking tour.
Naples is the third largest city in Italy. We will take
you to discover its historic center and the places
that make it famous all over the world.
From Piazza Plebiscito, where important statues
and palaces stand. We will visit the San Carlo
Theater and the Umberto I Gallery, the most
famous in Naples, the Castel Nuovo, which
represents one of the symbols of Naples.
Last stop of our walking tour will be the most
famous alleys of Naples: The Spanish Quarters,
the heart of Naples, discovering glimpses, murals,
artisan shops and small really interesting realities
that make us understand how much Naples a
special city is. Dinner and overnight stay.
3° day
Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Sorrento where
you will take a boat to discover the beautiful
Amalfi and Positano. Amalfi is a beautiful small
town on the scenic Amalfi Coast, what are you
expecting to see in this beautiful place?
Amalfi was one of the 4 Maritime Republic of Italy,
cities with powerful fleets dominating the trade
routes of the Mediterranean, the architecture of
the town is very much affected by the presence of
the sea and the commercial opportunities.
Your guide will tell you the history of this magical
place, and show you its most significant places,
Piazza Dante, its fountains and the Amalfi Duomo,
Amalfi’s meandering alleys and covered passages,
Amalfi’s port and arsenal…
The sailing will lead you to one of the most
beautiful seaside villages of the Amalfi Coast,
Positano. Here you will have free time to explore
the meandering streets lined with artisanal local
shops or enjoy the local specialty, limoncello!
Return to Sorrento and transfer to Naples.

4° day
Breakfast at the hotel, check-out and transfer to
Rome. Accomodation in a 4* hotel in the city
center. Enjoy some free time for lunch in this
beautiful city… Be sure to try at least one of the
famous Roman pastas: “cacio e pepe” or
“carbonara”.
In the afternoon guided tour of Rome city center.
We will move to the heart of the historic center
with a visit to Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi
Fountain, Piazza Colonna and the palaces of Italian
political power.
Next to the square we find Via Condotti, symbol of
the fashion discrict in Rome. From here, we’ll go
to the Trevi Fountain, unforgettable location of
“La Dolce Vita” by Fellini, in wich a very young
Anita Ekberg invites Marcello Mastroianni into the
fountain, using the famous: “Marcello, come
here!”
After a short stop, we’ll visit to Piazza della
Rotonda to admire the Pantheon, a temple built in
27 BC. later converted into a Basilica, and the
Renaissence fountain of Bernini built in the square
in 1575. Dinner and overnight stay
5° giorno
Breakfast at the hotel, guided tour of Colosseum
and Imperial Forums. We will begin our tour from
the Flavian Amphitheater, better know as the
Colosseum, it is one of the most visited
monuments ever, an icon of the Capitoline city.
We continue to the Imperial Forums, a series of
monuments and archeological remains that were
once the stage of political life. We will end the
morning with the visit of the Capital Hill
(Campidoglio), with its square.
Take a break and enjoy your free time for lunch in
this beautiful area of the Eternal City

Optional: visit of Vatican Museum
In the afternoon meeting with the guide to
explore the marvelous masterpieces of the
Vatican Museums. The Vatican Museums are one
of the symbol of Rome, where various works are
collected, that span from ancient to contemporaty
times. Sarcophagi and mosaics share the space
with masterpieces by great masters such as
Giotto, Michelangelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, Raphael
up to Dalì, Canova and Matisse.
The tour ends in the Sistine Chapel where it is
possible to admire the famous frescoes of the
representation of the Last Judgment.

Florence with a stop for a visit of historic center of
Siena. Free time to discover Siena with Piazza del
Campo, the Torre del Mangia and the facade of
the Palazzo Pubblico. In this square the famous
Palio di Siena is organized, a horse race organized
by the districts of the city. You can enter to the
Duomo of Siena and see the Baptistery. Inside this
temple we will find a sublime collection of
masterpieces of art, among which the Maestà by
Duccio di Buoninsegna and the statue of St. Paul,
sculpted by a very young Michelangelo. The next
stop will be San Gimignano, located between the
provinces of Florence and Siena, the Chianti valley
has always been considered the heart of old at the hotel, check-out and transfer to
Florence with a stop for a visit of historic center of
Siena. Free time to discover Siena with Piazza del
Campo, the Torre del Mangia and the facade of

7° day
Breakfast at the hotel and guided visit of Florence
city center. Morning dedicated to the discovery of
Florence and its treasures. You will walk through
the streets of the historic center where you can
admire famous monuments, buildings and statues
of world-renowned artists, such as Michelangelo’s
David, Palazzo degli Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio. Do
not miss the stop at Ponte Vecchio, the most
striking and oldest bridge, where the sparkling
shops of the Florentine goldsmiths are still
located. A curious stop will be Fontana del
Porcellino where traditionally you touch the nose
of the pig in the hope of receiving good luck in
return…
Free lunch. We suggest you to stop by one of the
famous “chioschi” or street food stands where
you can buy and taste Florence’s street food,
where you can taste the best of the city’s street
culinary tradition, a sandwich filled with trippa or
lampredotto. Overnight stay.
Optional: visit of complex of Santa Maria del
Fiore
In the afternoon tour of Florence’s churches. In
the afternoon you will lead lead you through the
churches of Florence. The complex of Santa Maria
del Fiore, the Duomo of Florence and the church
of Santa Croce. During the tour there is a visit to
the interior of the Cathedral, of which the facade
and the Dome by Brunelleschi are remembered
for their beauty, which we will visit both
internally, admiring the magnificent frescoes by
Vasari representing the Last Judgment, and
externally, from which you can enjoy a splendid
view of Florence!
8° day
Breakfast at the hotel and full day around the
medieval towns of Pisa and Lucca.
Free time in Pisa. You can begin discovering the
city from Piazza dei Miracoli, which contains many
Unesco heritage buildings: the Cathedral, the
Baptistery, the Monumental Cemetery and its
famous Leaning Tower. One of the most famous
squares is “Piazza delle Vettovaglie”, close there is
Borgo Stretto… Take your time to stroll around
this shopping streets, very popular with both
tourists and locals! Free time for lunch.
Transfer to Lucca. Lucca is very famous for its
medieval walls,as the city grew and modernized,
the walls that surrounded the old town were
maintained and as they lost their military
importance, the top of the walls became a
pedestrian promenade, today one of Lucca’s main
attractions, from where you can overlook the
entire city in all its medieval beauty!
You will visit the city center of the town: The
Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Martin and a
wonderful example of Romanesque architectural
style; the Piazza dell’Anfiteatro and the
archeological remains under the 12th century
church of Saints Giovanni and Reparata; Piazza of
San Michele with its beautiful Church of San
Michele in Foro, the Basilica of San Frediano as
well as the Clock Tower and Guinigi Tower.
Return to Florence and overnight stay.
9° day
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Transfer to
Venice. During the transfer from Florence to
Venice optional stop to Bologna. Accomodation in
a 4* hotel in the city center of Venice (water taxi
to the hotel included).

10° day
Breakfast at the hotel, your guide will greet you in
the lobby to guide you around the beautiful
Venice
The guide will tell in every detail the history of
maritime Venice, strolling around the cobbles,
exploring neighborhoods, such as Cannaregio and
the sight-laden enclaves of San Marco and Rialto.
You will cross the Rialto Bridge and then amble
past Marco Polo’s House, where the intrepid
explorer is said to have been born. Continuing the
walking tour through “Campo San Bartolomeo”
you will see the Basilica of Santi Giovanni e Paolo,
where many of the city’s doges lay buried and will
reach the “Scuola Grande di San Rocco”, a palace
rich with Tintoretto art. The walking tour ends at
St. Mark’s Square… “Piazza San Marco” is the
heart of Venice.
As the largest square in the city St Mark’s Square
has always been the location of important
government buildings and other facilities central
to the goings on in Venice. The main buildings in
the square are the Basilica di San Marco (visit of
the interior), Palazzo Ducale and Torre dell
‘Orologio.
Overnight stay.
Optional: Murano and Burano excursion by boat
Boat transfer to Murano and Burano for visit with
English speaking guide. Murano and Burano are
the most famous islands of the Laguna, the first
stop of this visit will be Murano. The village is
famous for its glassblower and their glass art. You
will learn tricks of the trade, such as how minerals
add color to glass sculptures. Afterward, take
some time to explore the picturesque island of
Murano and visit other workshops in the area.
Hop on board the boat for a ride to nearly Burano,
home of traditional lace-making workshops. Your
guide will tell you the history of Burano lace and
watch local craftswomen weave and stitch finely
detailed lace in the local tradition.
Enjoy some free time to explore the island and its
local shops. Return to Venice. Price on request
11° day
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Transfer to
Verona on the way to Milan. Free time to visit
Verona.
Verona is famous for the tragic love story of
Romeo and Juliet… the house of Juliet is located in
Via Cappello. Entering the courtyard of this
fifteenth-century building there is a bronze statue
of the Shakespearean heroine… It is said that she
is the guardian of true love, so touching her
breasts would bring good luck! To the left of the
statue would be the place where Romeo and Juliet
secretly married.
Not only Shakespeare, but you will also take a look
to Torre dei Lamberti, Piazza delle Erbe, the Stone
Bridge, the only one left from Roman times, which
will lead us to the Roman theatre. The walking
tour will end at Piazzale Castel San Pietro, from
here you can admire the panorama and enjoy wonderful views of the entire city, including its
ancient towers and bridges over the Adige.
Free time for lunch, transfer to Milan.
